fun with Write.click.scrapbook.

I discovered this blog today:  write.click.scrapbook  and there is a giveaway there - go check it out!  + Becky Fleck of Pagemaps gave them a sketch to inspire their readers.  Here it is:

I turned it on the side and came up with this:

materials used:  Kaiser craft pp; bazzill cardstock; ikea thread; ranger distress ink (forest moss); karen's creations cut out; unknown ribbon and 3d foam dots; cricut cut out of tag; tim holtz distress tool
I used the cut out from Karen's creations as a tempate for the distress ink over and over.  It also darkend up the actual cut out, and I'm quite pleased.

Feeling a bit behind

With Wiarton Willie weekend, and planning for Ethans birthday, I just haven't been on the computer much except to apply for jobs and read email.  I did make the following for Ethans party.  TOTALLY stole the cone treat bag from Scrapbook and Cards Today magazine (winter 2011), and the photo with the lolly in it came off of their blog last week. I just put the two together!
